AgentZero Output Protocol Amendment 001 — No Information Silently Lost

The NextXus Federation has issued its first formal amendment to the AgentZero truth verification system.

What Changed

AgentZero has always operated as the Federation's truth verification middleware, scoring all information against a 95th percentile confidence threshold. Information that met the threshold passed through. Information that didn't was silently discarded.

That changes now.

Under Amendment 001, all information processed by AgentZero flows into one of two channels:

Channel One: Active Information — Everything that meets or exceeds the 95th percentile confidence threshold. This passes into the response stream exactly as before. No change.

Channel Two: Unused Information — Everything below threshold. Instead of being discarded, it is held and displayed to the user as a secondary note at the end of the response. Each item carries its confidence score and a reason flag explaining why it didn't meet threshold.

Why This Matters

This amendment ensures that no information is silently lost. The user retains full visibility into what was set aside and why. Human authority remains the final decision-maker. AgentZero continues its role as confidence scorer and threshold enforcer.

Implementation

Every Federation application adds one output node at the end of its response that renders the Unused Information channel when populated. If empty, nothing renders. No changes to scoring logic or thresholds.

Effective immediately across all Federation applications.
